1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on nbaodd, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into this binding Agreement under the laws of the Philippines and your jurisdiction of residence. You represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to maintain and update this information as necessary. nbaodd reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and any other information provided during registration at any time, and failure to provide requested verification documents may result in account suspension or closure.

These Terms apply to all Users accessing the Platform from any location, including but not limited to Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and all other regions of the Philippines, as well as Users accessing from jurisdictions where online gaming is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of nbaodd Services complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Restrictions

All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and funds may be forfeited. Family members residing at the same address may each maintain separate accounts, subject to verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to notify nbaodd immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. nbaodd will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

3.3 Account Verification

nbaodd reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification cards, proof of address, payment method verification, and selfie photographs. You agree to provide all requested documents within the timeframe specified by nbaodd. Failure to complete verification procedures may result in account restrictions, including suspension of deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nbaodd accepts deposits via various payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers through major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), 7-Eleven over-the-counter deposits, Coins.ph, and cryptocurrency (USDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed clearly at the time of transaction. nbaodd reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are processed according to the processing times associated with each payment method. Most electronic payment methods (GCash, Maya) process instantly, while bank transfers may take several minutes to several hours depending on the issuing bank. You acknowledge that nbaodd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. Accounts found to be involved in money laundering or other illegal financial activities will be immediately closed and reported to law enforcement.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of funds from your nbaodd account balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and account verification procedures. Withdrawal requests are processed according to our standard processing times, which average 3-5 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals during normal operating conditions. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are disclosed at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Published RTP percentages represent theoretical long-term expected returns and do not guarantee individual session results. 7.2 Game Rules

7.3 Malfunction Voids Pays

• Posting offensive, abusive, or harassing content in chat or communications
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from Platform software
• Interfering with other Users' enjoyment of Services or Platform operation

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by nbaodd

nbaodd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification procedures, chargebacks or payment disputes, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, or at our sole discretion if we determine that continued account operation poses risk to nbaodd or other Users. During suspension, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or request withdrawals.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting nbaodd customer support. Upon receiving your closure request, we will process any pending withdrawals, settle outstanding balances, and permanently close your account. Voluntary closure is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you wish to use nbaodd Services in the future, you must create a new account subject to these Terms and complete a new registration process.

9.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, whether voluntary or involuntary, your license to use nbaodd Services immediately ceases. Any outstanding balances in your account will be handled according to the reason for termination. For voluntary closures, remaining funds will be returned to you via your designated withdrawal method. For terminations due to Terms violations, nbaodd reserves the right to forfeit remaining balances at our discretion. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the nbaodd Platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game interfaces is owned by nbaodd or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the Platform without prior written permission from nbaodd.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, server downtime, maintenance periods, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including acts of God, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of nbaodd Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
